During the month of February our Chapter joined forces with the FFA chapter to promote activities that involved the entire LHS Student Body. February is CTE Month so we thought it would be appropriate to give back to our students and staff as they always support our CTSO activities. Our Chapters provided donuts and juice to all staff on Monday morning as a thank you for supporting our chapters. Tuesday we played a school-wide Career and Technical Education Bingo. BINGO cards were designed by members, printed on the large format printer and distributed to our PEP (Polar Excellence Period). CTE questions were asked over a Teams meeting as the students worked together to BINGO. Wednesday we provided root beer floats following lunch to encourage membership in our CTSO’s. Thursday we served free Blue ice cream which represented our CTSO color. Friday we held competitive activities in our gym with our CTSO officers in charge of the entire 2-hour long activity. It was great to hear laughter from the student body and witness the enthusiasm during the activities. All activities provided good publicity for our FBLA Chapter. FBLA members worked to prepare for the upcoming Virtual 2021 ND FBLA SLC. We are always aspiring to improve!
