ND OFFICER TEAM

Each year North Dakota FBLA Members elect their leadership team from fellow members who completed a candidate application and interview to run for a position.

The team meets to plan their year and complete Leadership Training each summer, and then monthly throughout the year to make sure their members are getting the most from their FBLA experience.

2026-2027 Team Goals

The team will be working together to meet many goals including reactivating membership in local chapters and hosting amazing conferences throughout the year.

After being elected at the 2026 State Leadership Conference, the team met at summer CTSO State Officer Training in Bismarck/Mandan to develop their Program of Work for the year and learn more about their roles.

Carter Ketterling

ND FBLA President

Serving as your State President is Carter Ketterling. Carter is a Senior at Wishek High School and participates in Basketball, Track, Student Council, FFA, and Academic Olympics. Outside of school, Carter enjoys spending time at the lake, being on his family farm, and spending time with his family. Carter is thrilled to have the privilege of serving the members of North Dakota FBLA.

Natalie Naastad

Region I Vice President

Serving as your Region I Vice President, Natalie Naastad is a Junior at Hatton Northwood High School. She’s in FBLA, FCCLA, Student Council, and plays basketball, volleyball, and track. She loves traveling with her family and hanging out with friends 24/7.

Jade Uhlich

Region II Vice President

Jade Uhlich serves as your State Region II VP! She is a senior at Drake-Anamoose High School. Outside of FBLA she is involved in FFA, SADD, Speech, 4H, Science Olympiad, Academic Olympics, Student Government, One-Acts, Cyber Madness, and more! In her off-time you can find her spending time outdoors, reading, or hanging out with her friends. Jade is extremely passionate and is excited to show her never-ending devotion to serve the organization and its members!

Ella Zachmann

Region III Vice President

Ella Zachmann serves as your Region III Vice President, she is a Junior from Beach High School! Outside of FBLA, Ella is involved in Volleyball, Basketball, Track and Field, One-Act Play, and Student Council. She enjoys baking, getting coffee, spending time with family, and hanging out with friends. Ella is excited to serve North Dakota FBLA and meet everyone.

Jaidyn Roder

Region IV Vice President

Jaidyn Roder serves as your Region IV Vice President. She plays volleyball, basketball, and softball. She loves to be with family and values relationships with people she loves. She previously served on the State Student Council Board and on the State Superintendent’s Student Cabinet. Overall, she loves to stay involved and active.

Mason Schuh

Secretary

Serving you as State Secretary is Mason Schuh. Mason is a junior at Drake-Anamoose High School; outside of FBLA, he participates in the FFA, Science Olympiad, One-Act Plays, and more! When he’s not in the classroom, he enjoys hobbies such as baking, photography, and taking care of his poultry. He is excited to serve you as State Secretary throughout the year!

Matt Hamilton

Treasurer

Serving as your 2026-2027 State Treasurer is Matt Hamilton! He is a Junior at Bottineau High School and is currently involved in FBLA, along with many other extracurricular activities such as his interest in music, playing guitar, and continuing with his French lessons on Duolingo. He enjoys working on his car, riding his unicycle, and loves playing guitar in his band, where he can often be found playing either country or rock music. Matt is excited to serve North Dakota FBLA members.

Kiya Sparks

Historian

Serving as your state historian is Kiya Sparks, a senior from Tioga High School! She enjoys going to the gym, hiking, reading, participating in athletics, and watching movies with her family! Outside of FBLA she is involved in drama, softball, basketball, Student Council, and National Honor Society. Kiya cannot wait to see all the history made this year in FBLA.

Rainy Bancroft

Social Media Coordinator

Serving as your Social Media Coordinator, Rainy Bancroft is a senior at Grand Forks Central High School. She enjoys swimming, taking pictures, spending time at the lake, lifting, going to hot yoga sculpt, and creating content. Outside of FBLA, she is involved in Student Council, HOSA, Athlete Leadership Council, National Honor Society, and serves as captain of the swim team. Through her leadership roles and passion for connecting with others, she is excited to create, lead, network while sharing all the amazing things we’ll accomplish together this year!

Joy Jiang

Parliamentarian

Joy Jiang is serving as your State Parliamentarian. Joy is a junior at Minot High School, where she is actively involved in Science Olympiad, DECA, Robotics, Acalympics, Spanish Club, Student Congress, and Speech. Outside of school, she enjoys playing tennis, hanging out with her friends and family, and going on driving adventures. Joy is excited to serve you as the State Parliamentarian!


