About Your Region IV VP
Carter Ketterling serves as your Region IV Vice President and is a sophomore at Wishek High School. Outside of FBLA, he enjoys Student Council, FFA, Acalympics, Basketball, Track, working on the farm, and many other activities. Carter is excited to serve the members of North Dakota FBLA.
