Take a look at what the chapters in NORTH DAKOTA are doing this month!
Burke Central:
We had a meeting in February. We did a free cpr training February 8th here at the school which was a good turn out. We planned a benefit afternoon in April for a community member in need. We are playing the stock market game. We did the knowledge matter and had 4 teams place top 10. Our FBLA members are putting on American Heart Challenge for the elementary students. We also celebrated FBLA week where we sold our drinks and also dressed up.

Carrington:
To start the month, our chapter finalized SLC events and submitted registration. On Friday, February 6th, our members wore red to support the American Heart Association and honor those that are fighting cardiovascular disease. The following week was FBLA week, and our members had a blast hosting chuck-a-duck for our high school students every day of the week! We brought it over $500 that we donate to the Alzheimer’s Association. During FBLA week, we also held a FBLA spirit day and a professional dress day. We ended the week doing chuck-a-duck at the varsity basketball game on Friday night. This is an activity that our students and community members love to participate in! On February 15th, we held a competitive event work day for our members. At the end of the month, we held our monthly officer meeting and all member meeting. Our officers finished up tasks for Champion Chapter and Go For ND Gold.
Des Lacs Burlington:
During the month of February, DLB FBLA has held numerous chapter meetings in preparation for the State Conference in March! On February 25th, we will be hosting a competitive study night at our high school. All members have been required to sign up for a time slot, and must come and present their topic to a judge. We have also been doing a lot of fundraising, all of our members have been selling pizzas to help raise for State and also hopefully for Nationals!

On Trailblazing Tuesday, they wore red to celebrate the American Heart Association. Why Wednesday, had the members wearing professional dress. Thankful Thursday, the members got to wear their pajamas and serve the staff breakfast. On Fundraising Friday, they wore their chapter t-shirts and handed out Valentine’s Day candy to members. Grand Forks Central:
February was a very busy month for Grand Forks Central FBLA. We wrapped up our Walk-A-Thon fundraiser for the American Heart Association and Alzheimer’s Association. We were able to raise $900, which we will split between the two organizations to make it $450 for each program!
We have two students who are running for a state officer position, Social Media Manager and Parliamentarian. Those students were able to get their forms and needed information sent in.
Students have been working on their BAA’s to help us achieve our goal of Going for Gold.
We celebrated CTE Month and held our FBLA Week and had different activities going on each day of FBLA Week. Membership Monday – Students were encouraged to see me to get a candy bar as a recognition for being a member. Time to Work Tuesday – Members came to my classroom to work on their BAA’s and state projects. Workwear Wednesday – Professional Dress Day. Thoughtful Thursday – Members came to the classroom to write a thank you note to a meaningful teacher/mentor/coach. FBLA Friday – Wear FBLA attire to school.
Students have been very busy this month with many of our members being athletes in our school and the sports seasons wrapping up. I am very proud of the work they completed this month
Hazen High School:
In the month of February, the Hazen FBLA chapter has been working on preparing our state projects. National FBLA Week also took place in February. As a chapter we participated in four out of the seven activities. These were Make Your Mark Monday, Why Wednesday, Thankful Thursday, and Finance Friday. In February our Event Planning team held a Students in Service, Valentines Day themed event. The focus of this event was to give back to teachers. We ended up raising a total of $120 that will be used to give back to the community.

Hillsboro:
FBLA Week 2026
This year, we decided to use our social media page to our advantage during FBLA Week. After receiving approval from our administrators, we used our advisers’ phones during passing periods to film short, fun videos for our Instagram page. Each day, officers introduced themselves by stating their position, sharing a fun fact about FBLA, and explaining the activity planned for the day. Officers rotated responsibilities, with different members volunteering to lead activities throughout the week.
Monday: On Monday, our President and Vice President kicked off FBLA Week. They shared a fun fact about FBLA and outlined the plans for the week. Although the video was short, it communicated a lot of information. We explained that we would be sharing daily trivia questions and fun facts during announcements. We also encouraged students to look for an officer carrying a bag of candy — the prize for answering trivia questions correctly.
Tuesday: Tuesday marked the start of our trivia activities. Our Secretary and Parliamentarian introduced the day with a fun fact and explained how the trivia games would work. The video then transitioned to our President and Vice President walking around the school asking students an FBLA-related trivia question. The winner received a large bag of Starburst. While this was our first time organizing an activity like this, it was a huge success. No one answered correctly in the morning, but we finally had a winner in the afternoon, which made the day even more exciting. Our Social Media Manager edited and posted the video that same day to keep engagement high.
Wednesday: On Wednesday, our Social Media Manager and Communications Representative handled the introduction. Since it was an early dismissal day, we did not hold trivia games. Instead, we focused on teacher appreciation. We picked up Crumbl cookies for the staff to show how much we value and appreciate them. We shared a short video and photos of teachers enjoying their cookies, which received positive feedback.
Thursday: Thursday brought back the trivia games. Our Social Media Manager and Communications Representative introduced the day with another fun fact before the video cut to our Parliamentarian and Secretary asking students trivia questions around the school. The winner received a large bag of Snickers. Just like Tuesday, students were excited and engaged. It took until the afternoon to find a winner, which built anticipation throughout the day.
Friday: For Friday, we decided to change things up. Our adviser introduced the final video of the week, providing a recap of all our activities — trivia games, fun facts, teacher appreciation, and our final activity: member appreciation. To celebrate our members, we hosted root beer floats at the end of the day in our adviser’s room. It was a great way to thank our members for their dedication and involvement. We captured photos and shared them on our FBLA page.
Throughout the week, we also collected plenty of bloopers from filming. Since we documented every day, we had a lot of fun outtakes. Our Social Media Manager created a blooper reel, which we posted Friday evening after the final video. It was a big hit with our audience and added a fun, personal touch to the week.
Conclusion: This year, we decided to try something new for FBLA Week, and it was a huge success. By utilizing social media, hosting interactive trivia games, recognizing teachers, and appreciating our members, we increased engagement across our school. Not only did our officers and members enjoy the week, but the entire student body was involved and excited. We are confident that next year’s FBLA Week will be just as impactful.
May-Port CG:
May-Port CG FBLA has had an exciting and successful February filled with fundraising, engagement, and member recognition. Members organized and conducted drawings for the annual Month of Money fundraiser, which proved to be highly successful, raising over $20,000 even after prizes were awarded. This fundraiser showcased strong community support and highlighted members’ dedication to achieving chapter goals.
The chapter also celebrated FBLA Week with a variety of themed dress-up days to promote school spirit and member participation. Activities included Chapter Shirt Day, Pajama Day, Soccer Mom vs. Barbecue Dad Day, and Wear Red/Purple Day, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the week.
To recognize member involvement and accomplishments, students were treated to pineapple Dole Whip during a special recognition event. Members also enjoyed an activity where they had the opportunity to pie the officers.
Members also had a study session where they were able to work on projects and study for tests as well as complete BAA/LEAD awards.
Nedrose:
February kicked off with working concessions and helping sell 50/50 raffle tickets at a few basketball games. We celebrated FBLA week with different dress up days and spotlighting our members. The week ended with delivering almost 400 candy grams for our Valentine’s Day fundraiser. Members are gearing up for competition and we cannot believe March is already here. We are excited to see everyone in Bismarck.
Ray High School:
The recent chapter check-in for Ray High School highlighted a highly productive and successful period of involvement, leadership, and community engagement. Through organized fundraising efforts, school-wide activities, and member participation, our chapter demonstrated strong commitment to both financial growth and school spirit. The accomplishments achieved over the past several weeks reflect the dedication of our members and the positive impact of our initiatives. One of our most successful fundraising efforts was hosting 50/50 raffles at five home basketball games. These events generated a total of $1,300, providing substantial support for our chapter’s activities and future goals. By engaging with the community during athletic events, we were able to promote our organization while raising funds in a way that encouraged school involvement and excitement. The consistent participation at each game showcased our members’ reliability and teamwork. In addition to our basketball fundraisers, we organized a fundraiser surrounding the Super Bowl. This event proved to be both engaging and financially successful. We awarded $800 in prizes while raising a total of $1,200 overall. The fundraiser not only generated revenue but also created enthusiasm among students and community members. Careful planning ensured that prizes were distributed fairly and efficiently, and the event further strengthened our presence within the school community. Our chapter also celebrated Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Week with a variety of activities designed to increase participation and school spirit. Throughout the week, we hosted daily trivia contests where students could win candy prizes. This initiative encouraged engagement and friendly competition among students. We also organized themed dress-up days, including a formal dress day, which promoted professionalism and unity among members. As part of our appreciation efforts, we provided drinks for all teachers in the school. This gesture expressed gratitude for their continued support of our chapter and strengthened positive relationships between students and faculty. Additionally, we held our February meeting, which included a shared meal. This gathering fostered fellowship among members and allowed us to discuss goals, upcoming events, and strategies for continued success. To further promote our chapter, we increased our social media outreach. By consistently posting updates, announcements, and highlights from events, we improved communication and visibility within the school and community. This outreach has played an important role in maintaining engagement and attracting interest from potential members. Finally, we hosted a bingo event, which served as both a social activity and an opportunity for engagement. Events like bingo allow members and students to connect in a relaxed and enjoyable environment while still supporting the organization’s mission. Overall, this chapter check-in reflects a period of significant achievement for our organization at Ray High School. Through successful fundraisers, spirited FBLA Week activities, meaningful teacher appreciation efforts, and increased outreach, our chapter has demonstrated leadership, organization, and dedication. These accomplishments position us well for continued growth and success in the months ahead.
Stanley High School:
Stanley FBLA received approximately 160 roses generously donated by Cash Wise to sell during Valentine’s Day week. We chose to donate the proceeds to the Alzheimer’s Association and proudly raised $220 for the organization. Members took part in several work nights to prepare for SLC, and our officers delivered a presentation to ensure everyone was informed and ready for the conference.
FBLA Week was one of our best yet. Members participated in themed dress-up days, proudly wearing their FBLA sweaters and blazers. The highlight of the week was Thursday, when we toured Delta Vacations in Minot and then visited MSU. While at MSU, we met with the enrollment adviser and collaborated with the Collegiate chapter to make tie blankets and thank-you cards for advisers.

Thank you to all of the Chapters who submitted their news!
